Having been in-and-out of the workout scene for a while now, I can definitely say with confidence that Flambeaux Fit has revived my interest in strength-training and the like. I used to do crossfit at another gym a couple years ago, but it was getting to be too $$$. Flambeaux Fit is arguably much more affordable than your other crossfit gyms and offers a wonderful community of people, intense workouts, and encouragement from friendly (yet stern) coaches. Flambeaux Fit has changed my life, without question. Joining this gym 2.5 years ago was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Flambeaux is a safe and nourishing space for all community members to show up for themselves, as themselves. The workouts are fun, versatile, and always scaled to your ability or health needs. Dillon and Missy, the owners/lead coaches, are two of the best humans I know – humble, deeply kind, patient, charming, hilarious. Flambeaux is an awesome gym with a great community, and there literally aren’t enough good things to say about the owners, Dillon and Missy! They are not only amazing coaches, but they’re the BEST people! 10/10 recommend.
