The only bad thing is you have people training. And walking down ridgewood in the morning with no reflectors. You can’t see them when driving down the street. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Just wanted to share our CrossFit gym with everyone. Amazing owner and coach, Chris, has helped me tremendously! Pushes me to get better and stronger! Especially when I need it, he encourages and motivates. The entire team here is great to work out with and really enjoy my CF family. ❤️????

Had my first training session with Chris at Training Redemption tonight. Being a mom of three and not very physically fit, I was a bit intimidated and nervous going into this new experience. Chris immediately put me at ease and was very positive and encouraging and helped to modify a few of the workouts to fit my level of physical fitness. While still giving me an awesome challenge, I didn’t feel overwhelmed or intimidated by any of the workouts. It ended up being one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time. I will most certainly return!
