“Brandon and his apprentice Serosha did an excellent job with the plumbing repairs today. They arrived even earlier than scheduled; they were courteous and explained everything so that I could understand what was needed. They made short work of replacing worn out parts in the tanks of two toilets. They spent most of their time on my lavatory drain that was stopped up. It was an issue that was beyond the goose-neck and it required investigation with a camera and additional cleaning out of the drain pipe where gunk had accumulated. When they left, the lavatory was draining as though it and its plumbing were brand new. They were careful to clean up any mess they had made. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received today. I will definitely call Bertucci Bros. when I have future plumbing needs.“

You'll get absolutely NONE of that with TJT Construction. I can say without hyperbole that Tommy is hands down one of the easiest guys to communicate with. Not only that, he will make suggestions when you may not be quite sure what to do. Good example: We have a fireplace that is brick and a wood mantle. The wood is a old 70's design- we really had no clue what to do with it; Tommy, understanding our design aesthetic suggested an absolutely perfect solution. “PLUMBING ISSUEKitchen sink was not draining properly. When Joel (and Daniel) tried to fix what they had hoped would involve a quick procedure, they assessed the problem to be a broken water pipe in the slab. Not the best news a homeowner wants to hear; however, Joel quickly assembled a team of highly qualified experts to execute a tunneling process in order to change the pipe.Considering a broken pipe can be a nightmare and very costly to replace, I have to say that this was the least stressful, most reasonably priced, home maintenance project I have ever had.TIME FRAMEJoel came out on a Thursday, assessed the problem, and completed the entire project by Tuesday afternoon without a glitch.This man works weekends and does not charge the extra (typical weekend ) fee to fix a problem.COSTJoel’s prices are very reasonable, especially for the high caliber work he does. He is the true definition of a master plumber and can be reached in an emergency or when a customer has questions about a plumbing issue.Prompt, reliable, honest, and competent are all terms that apply to Joel and his plumbing business.RECOMMENDATION:I highly recommend 504 Parish Plumbing and will only use Joel’s company for future plumbing needs!
