I apologize if I sent this twice. I highly recommend Bertucci Bros. Plumbing. I recently had a sewerage backup problem and I called Bertucci Bros and two techs came out the next day. They worked diligently to find the problem by using a camera and told me they thought the break was on the City's side. I live in Orleans Parish, which is important to know because of how things turned out. The next day, two different techs came out and dug a hole in my yard by the sidewalk and my driveway and found that the break was on the City's side. My daughter called SW&B who sent someone out who looked in the hole and said it was not on the City's side and SW&B would not make the repairs....read full review

Brandon and his apprentice Serosha did an excellent job with the plumbing repairs today. They arrived even earlier than scheduled; they were courteous and explained everything so that I could understand what was needed. They made short work of replacing worn out parts in the tanks of two toilets. They spent most of their time on my lavatory drain that was stopped up. It was an issue that was beyond the goose-neck and it required investigation with a camera and additional cleaning out of the drain pipe where gunk had accumulated. Really great service from the office and the guys that came out to fix the problem at our rental. They also installed a water heater at our house and were helpful with a job that involved multiple steps. Multiple payment options which is convenient.
