One time for my mother in June 2022 and for my brother recently in December 2022. “This was a smooth and easy process here. We made our arrangements far in advance. If you haven't done so do it now. I have been on both sides with other family. Alan and all staff were excellent at thier jobs. We had made a mistake and Alan corrected it without a problem. Go talk to them and let then explain what can be done. “Nice, peaceful cemetery. Some mausoleums are really old, some are very ornate. I also enjoyed the Louisiana heritage trail marking interesting sites within the cemetery. The only downside is that the roads aren’t well-maintained in places and I had to be careful where walking or driving. There was also a ton of flooded areas that weren’t passable.“

“Integrity, that's important to have if you are a funeral director. I never used them for this service (yet), but was riding my bike over the St Claude bridge one day. It's always scary because drivers are irresponsible & make it dangerous for bikers. This huge SUV got very close behind me & honked the horn, like I had some where else to go? He sped by me after we cleared the bridge & I caught him at the light & shared my thoughts.Flash 3-4 weeks later: got a flat as I cleared the bridge one day & was on the sidewalk fixing the tire. The door opens & a gentleman comes out & says "Hey, you're the guy I got into it with on the bridge a while back". I peered up and realized I was outside hie funeral business. Before I could say anything he said; "Sorry, I was wrong & I apologize". I just smiled & thanked him as he got in his car to go. This is the kind of people I wanna do business with, especially important business like his. Integrity.“
