HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK!!! The funeral director Shelita has a horrible attitude and her level of professionalism needs much work. She tells customers of other customer issues, she informs the staff not to put things out because "these people will still anything". I was trying to teach a part time employee something and she came in fussing saying we were talking too much. How can somepne be trained without talking. And she talks to the staff like they are nothing. She has no problem with saying people, staff and customers, have mental problems. The reason they offer "affordable" prices is because all you're getting is a bare minimum services with horrible customer service.

My family has used Murray Henderson for generations. They recently performed services on a family member and it was the most unprofessional, incompetent process I have ever experienced. They started the process very well and I was pleased, but once they got the check in their hands, it was like they didn't care anymore. They misspelled the name in several places even after I corrected them several times. Basic preparation areas were missed even after I pointed them out.
