Sylvia worked with me and my family to make all of my dad’s final wishes come true. She was understanding and kind while keeping our feelings in mind the whole time. By the time everything was completed, Sylvia felt like a friend. My dad’s send off was everything he asked for. Thank you Sylvia for being there for my daddy, my family and me.
