“I needed a roof inspection for my insurance company. After a Google search, I came across Brennan’s roofing. I called & spoke with Melanie. I explained what I needed & she was able to schedule someone to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday I believe). Dale came out & did my inspection & provided a report the same day.Dale did find some areas of concern that needed repair & an estimate was provided with my report. I agreed to go ahead with the repairs & Melanie scheduled someone to come out & do my repairs the following Monday (I believe I spoke to her on that Wednesday/Thursday).The guys that came out were prompt and did great work. I even went on the roof while they were working & they didn’t have an issue with that. I explained I climb roofs for a living & hadn’t been on my own roof. We chatted for a bit & then I got down. They were very nice & managed their time on my repair job. Multiple contractors bid on this job; What set Schwander-Hutchinson apart was including details of material quality along with a very competitive quote. Another contractor reserved the better materials as bargaining points to win the contract at a higher cost. Schwander-Hutchinson had the best materials at the best price from shingles to flashing to vents. The workers arrived quickly and seemed very well organized and highly experienced. The foreman was available at all times to answer questions. Debris and packaging was never left on the project so the impact yard plants, trees, pets was minimal. As for the Fortified Grant process and documentation, Schwander-Hutchinson took care of all details allowing for a very painless inspection. Roof looks amazing.“
