“I decided to use Triton to repair my roof because they came out within a week of calling and gave a free estimate that was very competitive with other companies. There were a few small hiccups, but you always have to give a company a chance to correct them. Trey, my main contact, was phenomenal with doing so and his communication was the best I've ever had with an sort of construction company. I hope he is highly valued. Once the work got started, they finished in one day (large job). The work was done right and I was very impressed. Allowed me to do everything remotely online from picking out shingles, to paying through a bank draft. Their workers were careful around side/back yard. They took down our strung lights, rehung them, and moved our furniture out of the way of old shingles getting dropped from the roof. Clean up was good as well. I did not find a single nail! I would recommend this company if you are looking for a roof replacement and would absolutely use them again.Service: Roof installation“

“I needed a roof inspection for my insurance company. After a Google search, I came across Brennan’s roofing. I called & spoke with Melanie. I explained what I needed & she was able to schedule someone to come out the following Monday (I called on a Friday I believe). Dale came out & did my inspection & provided a report the same day.Dale did find some areas of concern that needed repair & an estimate was provided with my report. I agreed to go ahead with the repairs & Melanie scheduled someone to come out & do my repairs the following Monday (I believe I spoke to her on that Wednesday/Thursday).The guys that came out were prompt and did great work. I even went on the roof while they were working & they didn’t have an issue with that. I explained I climb roofs for a living & hadn’t been on my own roof. We chatted for a bit & then I got down. They were very nice & managed their time on my repair job. After the job was done Melanie texted me photos showing the work was done & I called to make payment by card.As a first time homeowner, my experience was pleasant & I recommend Brennan’s to anyone needing a roofer in New Orleans East.I definitely plan on using Brennan’s for my roof replacement when that time comes.“

“I have to say this construction company is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of using. I’ve gotten very detailed and meticulous estimates written up for my building, the owner was very accommodating and actually was involved at the right time in the repair process which tells me they care about customer service and the job they’re doing. So hard to find good help these days but if you need anything construction or repair related these are the guys I would recommend calling. Mark the owner made a point to make himself available And the crew was clean and efficient. Highly recommend!“
