“We have been using Clement Heating & Air Conditioning since we purchased our home in 2014. Every spring they come out and service our AC & swamp cooler and we've used them for minor repairs over the years. This weekend our AC quit working completely and the repair is definitely on the major side. Due to the unit's age, it was a quandary as to whether it'd be wiser to replace or repair. A large personal factor in that decision was that I recently found myself unemployed. Ken and Apryl answered all of our questions and provided us with great information and several options. They guided us to the decision to repair at this time. I'm sure they make more money from installs but I know 100% that I can count on them to be honest with me. “I'm a little belated with this review, but here it is nonetheless! My AC broke on a Sunday (I think? I don't remember what day it is today, nonetheless a couple weeks ago...) - confirmed on Monday by my toasty quarantine home, and I was worried that I'd be stuck given business restrictions and so forth. I messaged Custom Construction, heard back really quickly, and was able to schedule an appointment same day. Anthony (I think was his name) arrived on time with a mask and gloves on, diagnosed the issue, went to get the part and fixed it up quickly. Easy peasy. I extra enjoyed sleeping in a cool room that night, and will give Custom a call next time, too - although hopefully there won't be a next time. So you should call them.“

“Brandon, Katrice and Mr Dewey were extremely helpful My original unit died today And it is going to freeze tonight I went to the Home Depot in Marrero and they had a window unit AC 23000 btu with 11000 btu HEAT They found the unit way up on the top shelf Got the fork lift and got it down for me I paid for it They loaded it in the car for me I am on my way home happy that I won't freeze tonight It also helps to look on the Home Depot app which stores have units or products“
