Called for a semi-urgent residential repair for air conditioner after having issues with a different HVAC repair service. Tech (Josh) came out ahead of schedule, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and then took the time to explain it to me in terms I understand. Roberts is my new HVAC repair go-to.

Robert installed a new HVAC system at my house. The workers were very professional. Each day they advised the game plan for that day and at the end of the day they reported on the progress made. The pricing was fair. I recommend them for your A/C and heating needs.

Just as we were beginning to pack up our belongings to move to a new house, our AC condenser died... in 93-degree weather. Called Robert Refrigeration and, in 24 hours, we had a new condenser. From Lawrence who came to inspect the problem to the two gentlemen (sorry, didn't catch their names), everyone was courteous, pleasant, and thorough. Having previously gone through 2 other nightmare AC companies, I can attest to Robert's standing as the best in the area.
