Got here fast. Fixed the unit fast. Polite and skilled service. The owner worked on the system and managed to smile even though it was a very hot morning and an emergency call. We were in a bind and he was very helpful. Reasonable price for service.Service: HVAC system repair

I noticed that the box that all of my ducts were attached to was leaking a lot of air when the AC was on from some poorly taped seams. I called Pullen on Tuesday and they had a service man there on Wednesday. He inspected the issue and got to work re-hanging the box, re-taping all of the seams/joints, and fixing some issues the the original installed skipped out on. Then he informed me that the unit was larger than was necessary for my house and pointed out several things to look out for, like higher humidity from the unit cooling the house too quickly and not having time to properly remove the humidity.
