Nery Mejia with Empire Brothers was prompt, professional and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE I had a bizarre electrical issue which took a bit of time to figure out but Nery took his time and figured it out!! I highly recommend Empire Brother’s I will certainly use them again

A friend referred Nery, an A/C Tech, with Empire Brothers, and I was so happy he did. Nery came within the hour I called regarding an issue I was having with my A/C unit. He took the time to ensure the issue was exactly what he thought it was. The issue turned out to be a bad smart thermostat. I ordered a new one, and once again, Nery was able to come within the hour it arrived and set the it up. He even showed me how to use all the features. I will definitely call Nery again should any other issue arise.
