“BBR remodeled the upstairs bathroom in our 1920's home. We wanted a bathroom we loved but had limited space. Lauren and her designer found a way to create space and give the bathroom a bigger feel. AND we just love it! Even as they finished up the project adding things to the finish list, Lauren was willing to re-do something if it didn't meet our standard, loving it. Communication was great. When work started we worried about what would be found behind the walls that would add to the budget. Lots was found but Lauren's experience allowed her to include these "surprises" into our agreed upon budget. Sticking to budget was really important to us. Her ability to predict and plan for the real expense of the project was appreciated. The only time we paid more was when we wanted to go with a more expensive tile or fixture than the allowance projected. Lauren was clear upfront about these changes, letting us sign off on both of them before moving forward. We're already excited thinking about what she can do with our kitchen.“
