“I like to give AIC Roofing a five star review for my new roof installation. From my first phone call to the nice lady I spoke with (I don’t remember her name) but was very nice and to everyone that was involved on my new roof install and answered any questioned I had. From Ryan who came out to look at my roof and my leak concerns and giving us the roof replacement details and pricing and Doug who was there on roof replacement day that overlooked the job and let me borrow his nail magnet roller a few days because I just put new tires on two cars and was just wanting to be cautious Thank You. and to all the workers who actually installed my new roof it looks so much better than my old one and no more leak. Also as they are installing the roof they took pictures and send them to you to show you what the found and like a bad board the needed to replace that had some water damage so you know. Plus I need to add the communication is great, AIC txt you updates on the stages your project is in like have your materials being ordered and txt that install date will be scheduled soon etc. I’m also having AIC install new gutters and leaf guards. So as of this review I feel like I shouldn’t have any roof concerns for many years to come plus they warrant it for ten years.“

Justin Gillespie, our Barrier representative, provided excellent advice as far as shingle and venting options, kept us informed, and ensured things were done right. After the job was done, he came back on his own to carefully comb the premises with a powerful rolling magnet to make sure there were no stray nails that might puncture lawnmower tires. The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one long day. Emily, the representative at the main office, was easy to reach and returned calls promptly. The new roof looks great. We are very satisfied.“

“A friend highly recommended Kelvin Howard Roofing, a locally owned business that roofed two of her homes. Kelvin and his small crew, including one of his sons, replaced my roof and installed 3 wind turbines after replacing some underlying wood. Kelvin inspected my roof the year prior to replacement, repairing some flashing around the chimney. He advised replacement but, being a first time homeowner and having a couple of neighbors saying a new roof wasn't necessary, I decided to wait. The following year, three different companies advised replacement. To be sure this was the case, my insurance company sent someone to inspect the roof, he finding both hail and wind damage. Kelvin's care and thoughtfulness, as well as his practice of taking the time necessary to do the best job, had so impressed me that I hired him. I have since referred him to several people.“

“I called Manny in a panic, our water heater rusted through and water came into the house, ruining our flooring. Thankfully, he had a gap in a job, and was able to get three of his employees out within a few days. All three of his crew members were friendly, punctual, professional, tidy and knowledgeable! Our small bathroom was put back together in no time, our dining room was corrected and completed in just a few hours and our kitchen was retiled and back to functional in less than 3 days! The work was beautiful, and complete right on schedule! They worked hard, and did a fantastic job! I also have to say, when you offer a tip, and the crew won't take it, it shows they are taken care of by their company, and that their boss is well respected. “"Oh no! Is that a water stain on my bedroom ceiling?!?"-me, panicking, November 2023. My mind started racing as I began fearing the worst regarding the origin of my new symbol of moisture. We reached out to several companies to evaluate the source of this issue and thankfully Mr. Ventura, our soon to be project manager from United Contracting, promptly responded to our request for help. As chance would have it, we scheduled United last but after five minutes with Mr. Ventura I knew we had our company. He quickly identified that hail damage to our shingles earlier in the year had compromised the roof and damaged gutters. Everything that impressed me from our first meeting continued for the duration of our project. Here is all you need to know-Mr. Ventura and United made a roof, gutter, and chimney cap replacement painless. They were professional, prompt, and thorough. For example, they made it a point to be on site to assist the insurance company's inspectors in locating every single issue so that whatever should be covered was. Mr. Ventura met personally with us every step away and was available whenever we had a question or concern. Mr. Ventura would be successful at any endeavor and United Contracting is lucky to have him, but all their employees exemplified similar attributes.
