We work as a subcontractor installing window coverings for RSD. We typically see the job at the end of the work. The finish product that we see is second to none. We always look forward to working for RSD.

Rising Sun Developing We help growing communities build strong. Never content with yesterday's achievements, we are motivated by a vision of growth for tomorrow. In 1997, Rising Sun was founded by a father-son team, Jimmy and Jason Akers, to fulfill this vision. We began by building post offices. In the decades since, our team has grown to nearly 300. We self-perform challenging projects with pride and invest in our team and community.
