These folks were great. The receptionist really helped me pick a good pair out and the doc really seemed to know what he was doing. He's clearly been doing this a long time and custom fit my frames great. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience every time. My first experience here was in 2020 when I ordered new frames that other local opticians told me they could not get. Williams-Roche not only found the frames but offered exceptional service and communication. Just recently I needed a few pairs of non prescription sunglasses adjusted (not purchased with them) and when I went in, they were happy to make the adjustments to the frames right away while also suggesting similar sunglass frame options for the future since the ones I have are discontinued. This place is awesome. I have a very small face and very difficult to get glasses to fit correctly. They ordered my frames and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend them to anybody. I have been doing business with them for about 25 years and would not go any other place.
