I've been coming here for years. The staff are great, and I've never had any issues. I love that they do most of their own work, which helps keep prices low. Vision insurance is so limited in coverage I just skip it, and always get a great deal when I shop here.

The actual visit is great. The problem is that no matter how many times I previously provide all insurance info I always end up having to provide it again and again.When I’ve attempted to schedule follow up appts while I’m already in the office for my family. The staff insists that I call another time to do so. But, I’d rather do it while I’m already there.I tried calling today and was advised no appt could be made if I didn’t have my families insurance cards on hand even though I’ve previously made appts and then called back with the info &/or just brought the cards the day of the appt.Appts are usually booked in advance which is totally fine.
