Carlo inspected an old house that we are in the process of buying. The walk-thru with him and the incredible report are so valuable to us in prioritizing repairs and modernizing safety aspects of the home. I would always recommend that an inspection is done prior to buying a home, especially an old one, and the thoroughness with which Carlo performed both the inspection, and the clarity of the reported items is impressive to say the least. Carlo has been helpful and communicative every time I've spoken with him. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything he sees. I also really like the inspection report software that he uses that allows you to create a list of repairs for the seller or for yourself and to add additional notes to those items. That will be so helpful as I move through my to-do list on the 1963 home I purchased. With help from Carlo's expertise, I feel I know what I'm getting into!
