Brook's excellent in-depth inspection brought to light some potentially serious health dangers in a home I was planning to buy, as well as numerous other significant issues. He is friendly, and eager to make sure your questions are answered. I will absolutely seek him out again for any future home inspection needs in this area.

We used Brook for 2 different home inspections when we bought a new house in 2021. He is the most thorough inspector we've ever used. On the first home, he found some extensive (and expensive) moisture problems in the attic, whose access was blocked by furniture. Brook found a way in, whereas other inspectors we've used in the past would have said they couldn't inspect the area. Brook also takes the time to explain his findings, thoroughly going over what he's found, answering any and all questions and talking through possible solutions for the defaults. Additionally, he will help coordinate additional services, making the whole process very quick and easy.
