Jeff came really fast and did an incredibly through job. I would highly recommend Jeff for any type of home inspection. He was conscientious, courteous, took time to explain everything to me and was the best value among five different inspectors I called. He also had the report done quickly and professionally. You will feel better about your home purchase after he does the report.

Highly recommend! Does fantastic work. He is very detailed in his reports and takes pictures of everything. Great job fitting you in schedule at last minute!I will definitely be returning in the future if needed.

Very thorough home inspections. I also have offer mold inspections and sampling/testing, with over 30 years experience working with and sampling for mold (including writing sampling protocols for a cleanroom manufacturing medical devices, and manufacturing spores and bacteria for use in Quality Control and Proficiency Testing), as former VP and General Manager of Gibson Laboratories, (formerly a medical device manufacturer in Lexington) and work as inspector.
