“I had my HVAC vents cleaned as well as my dryer vent. P's HVAC Heating and Air Conditioning was quick to respond to my request for a quote. The quote was in line with other quotes and lower then several. I chose them because they were prompt on communications, and they were available quickly. Jacob and his partner showed up on time, and I received a text about 30 minutes before their arrival with a picture of the techs and a brief bio - nice touch. Jacob also called to make sure I was available and to confirm his arrival time. Upon arrival they wore booties to keep the house clean and inspected the vents etc. The price did increase, but that was on me because I misquoted the number of ducts I had when I gave them my info. My fault, not theirs. They then efficiently cleaned intake and output HVAC vents as well as my dryer vent. The whole process took a while, but they worked quickly and efficiently. When they were done they showed me the dust, dirt and lint that were removed from my vents - there was a lot! they cleaned up and it looked as if they had never been there! Everything was back in place properly and all stray dust and dirt was vacuumed up and vents were all replaced. They even did me a solid and secured a previously loose outside connection that I didnt have the proper tools or screws for, that was nice of them. The first day after I did see some increase in light dust that they advised could happen, and after a regular dusting, I can tell it made a big difference because the general dust around the house is MUCH less than it had been. For reference, my home is 18 years old, I have lived here 3.5 years and this is the first time the ducts were ever cleaned. Now I wish I had done this when I moved in as I was battling dust constantly. Learned my lesson about keeping vents (dryer in particular!) cleaned more frequently. I would recommend P's HVAC Heating & Air Conditioning, and would definitely use them again.“

This included working in a crawlspace and cutting the hardwood floors. Zach was polite, professional and thoughtful about his work. He covered my floors as well as vacuumed when the task was completed. He was extremely knowledgeable about venting and offered an even better solution to make my project more aesthetically pleasing. “I was in need of an HVAC referral and a friend told me about Don Leber & Sons. They are a local, family owned and operated business which I always prefer. I called them and they promptly came out to do an A/C tune up and a couple of other small things needed. Then, about 2 months later I had them come back out to do a furnace tune up. These guys are really nice and easy to work with as far as scheduling and communicating goes. Their prices are very fair and I felt like they were available to answer any questions I had as well as helping to explain things that I otherwise would have no clue about when it comes to heating and cooling stuff. I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs.“

“It was a pleasure working with Jon, Chiare & the magnolia team . Customer service is important to me and they set the bar high when it comes to customer service. Jon stepped in to speak directly with my home insurance so that I did not have to be in the middle. When Jon said he was going to do something he did it. I appreciate that he made me feel like taking care of the issue was his top priority. He always returned calls and emails in a timely manner and communicated effectively. Unfortunately customer service is not what it used so working with the magnolia crew was a breath of fresh air and they made the process as smooth as it could be considering I had been through 2 other companies that couldn’t complete the job.
