I had my Inducer motor replaced on my furnace today. They were quick, friendly and the price was $300 less than 2 other heating and cooling company’s quoted me in the past. I will 100% continue using Birkhead.

Birkhead was responsive, kind, and helpful. Their goal appears to be to help people...because of their ethical work, I have switched my services to Birkhead. I trust them to 'do the right thing when no one is looking'...

Our 15 year old Trane unit quit recently during this hot weather. Since Birkhead has done our regular maintenance for about ten years we called and they responded quickly. Mike was able to assess our problems quickly - Freon leaking, compressor issue. While fixable, we were ready to replace due to age. No pressure from them to replace over repair. I had already researched what was the best Trane units (HAVC) for us. Greg provided us with information on the units I requested and worked quickly to find the Furnace and AC units.
