I honestly have no idea what they are like in person but they did provide free advice over the phone on how to get my front loading washer to stop smelling. It worked! I will call them when I need them for future repairs! Much appreciated.

I highly recommend Precision Appliance!I called to schedule an appointment and they provided me one within 2 days from my initial call (they also have online scheduling available on their website). They provided me with a 4-hour window of when they would arrive, and called ahead of arrival.I have a 12 year old front load washer that had error codes which I provided to them on the initial appointment set-up call. The drum was spinning and the machine was draining, but not truly washing the clothes and spinning all of the water out of them.William arrived within the scheduled window of time, immediately began testing the washer, and within a few minutes he had diagnosed...read full review
