“My second visit here. (Don't really remember last year's visit besides being told I needed glasses which was very overwhelming lol.) I've always had the best vision and never had glasses or anything until last year.. as silly as it sounds, I was nervous and the Dr was superb and I was comfortable in no time! The associate that helped me with new glasses (prescription stayed the same but chose to get tinted) was super helpful and explained the pricing but didn't try to upsell! Even had a pair picked out for me to try out that was similar to the ones I choose last year. Again, this may not seem like much for some people but picking out glasses alone last year was confusing and has my anxiety raised.. this time around everyone was very helpful and would definitely recommend! Overall appointment time was around 30 minutes from start to finish, including trying on a few pairs of glasses! Probably would have been 15-20 if I didn't try the glasses on. “Staff is great and the treatment has been wonderful . The facility however is not the most handicapped accessible. My mother is in a wheelchair and we struggle each visit for her to reach her body up high enough to the machine to get snapshots of her inner eyes. Exam rooms are extremely small and it’s a struggle to get her up into the exam chairs. The treatment has no doubt saved her vision though.“

“I see Dr. Loesch. I’m diabetic and trust him. He is thorough, smart, kind and takes his time. I’ve never felt rushed and he answers my questions. I’ve been seeing him for at least 10+ years. Ive only had excellent experiences and haven’t waited more than 10 minutes. I trust him and he’s respectful of your time . He always makes me feel comfortable. He remembers you even though you only see him once a year! My husband and I are so fortunate to be able to see him. After your first visit, you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about!!!“

“My 5 year old daughter has been struggling with letter recognition and my first thought was her eyes. She was nervous about her appointment, with not knowing what to expect. They put her at ease the moment she walked through the door! The young woman who did the initial eye tests with her was AMAZING- you can tell she has a real way with children! Dr. Hudson is also awesome with kids- he had my daughter cracking up a couple of times! He was also great at explaining to me the issues he found. When we walked out of the store, my daughter looked up at me and said, "Well that was fun!" Can you really ask for more from your daughter's eye exam!?“
