I had a pair of frames that I had new lenses put in at another optician's office. I needed a second opinion because I was having problems with my frames and I was having so much trouble with the other optician's office. After looking at my frames and lenses they were able to determine that the lenses were not cut correctly and that was likely the reason I was having so much trouble. It was very nice of them to take so much time to figure out what was going on even though I was not a regular customer. Looks like I might have to switch optometrists when I come due for my next exam. I highly recommend this place of business!

I've been to a dozen or so eye care centers throughout my life. Vision One is as perfect as you can find in Northern Kentucky. In addition to the exam plus new glasses and contacts, I also got help dealing with lingering pain from a past eye injury. Special thanks to Dr. Guidugli for that, especially since doctors I've had in the past have been dismissive of my concerns with my afflicted eye. Also, I found Sheila to be uniquely talented at her job, with her positive charisma and ability to connect with any customer. Thank you Vision One!

I’ve been coming to Vision One a few years now and absolutely love how friendly the staff and doctors are! Today I went as I had an irritation in my eye and thought it might be an infection. Even Without an appointment they were able to fit me in and resolve my issue quickly! Very accommodating!!!
