“Dr Michael Sifri was an ophthalmologist in private practice, as was his father who also worked in the Anderson Ferry location. Both are now deceased. This practice is one of the very few in Cincinnati who are not part of the 80 + doctors at the Cincinnati Eye Institute and whose practice is not owned by a Wall Street Private Equity company. His nephew, Dr. Alex Kuley, joined the practice a few years ago. The small practice treats patients as individuals while being on top of the latest procedures in eye surgery. I am a retired physician. I appreciate their approach and have sent many family members and friends to them. My husband sees them. (He has no eye problems other than needing reading glasses.) My Mother-in-law, who has macular degeneration, also sees them.“

“My second visit here. (Don't really remember last year's visit besides being told I needed glasses which was very overwhelming lol.) I've always had the best vision and never had glasses or anything until last year.. as silly as it sounds, I was nervous and the Dr was superb and I was comfortable in no time! The associate that helped me with new glasses (prescription stayed the same but chose to get tinted) was super helpful and explained the pricing but didn't try to upsell! Even had a pair picked out for me to try out that was similar to the ones I choose last year. Again, this may not seem like much for some people but picking out glasses alone last year was confusing and has my anxiety raised.. this time around everyone was very helpful and would definitely recommend! Overall appointment time was around 30 minutes from start to finish, including trying on a few pairs of glasses! Probably would have been 15-20 if I didn't try the glasses on. Highly recommend Dr. Young“

“Staff is great and the treatment has been wonderful . The facility however is not the most handicapped accessible. My mother is in a wheelchair and we struggle each visit for her to reach her body up high enough to the machine to get snapshots of her inner eyes. Exam rooms are extremely small and it’s a struggle to get her up into the exam chairs. The treatment has no doubt saved her vision though.“

Meeting Dr. Allen, O.D. was another great experience! I normally do not test well and end up with a pair of glasses that either I will not wear, or can not function because of the Rx not being what I need. Dr. Allen, O.D. gave me an extensive exam and answered all my questions.When I received my glasses (they came in before I expected them to arrive ) not only looked sharp, but I could finally read! With Tammy's help, I decided I wanted the sunglass clip and the computer clip since I work with computers most of the day.My experience with Schroer Eye Center was better than I could imagine. The customer service was over the top and would recommend Schroer's to anyone who is looking for a great pair of glasses.“
