Terrible place to go I will never go back there No-touch doctor office. Went there four times and i never got touched one time where my pain was in my pancreas area,got a good doctor now at UC medical center.

There are plenty of people in healthcare who consider themselves professional, however Ms. Rae Lynn Couch and her associates far exceed this expectation. I'm 38 years old and for the first time I truly felt cared for and that my health mattered. Any and all who need a GI Dr or already have one she is hands down the best. You will never be in the dark as she keeps up with you through your treatment needs. Far far above the standard and that is an understatement. I've give way more stars but google doesn't allow it.

Whatever you do, make sure to find out who you are to call about getting estimates regarding procedures. It's a freaking mess trying to get any answer from anyone. I've been directed to 5 numbers and departments to get things figured out and still nothing. I was told I would get a call back right away and never did. Then when I called again, I was talking to my 6th person and I had to explain, again, what I was trying to do. This isn't the first time I've had issues getting estimates from specialty practices within the St. E system.
