While no one looks forward to going to the dentist, the team at Beiting Family Dentistry makes it as positive an experience as possible! The entire team is friendly, responsive, and efficient! There is NEVER a long wait (if there is a wait at all)! Dr. Beiting takes the fear and pain out of each procedure. I just got a filling done and was in and out in under 30 minutes! I have fairly severe TMJ issues and Dr. Beiting does whatever it takes to not irritate my joint, including frequent pauses to give my jaw a rest. The Beiting practice is professional and ethical! I don’t trust anyone else to do my dental work!

The staff at the Sleep Center in Crestview Hills are wonderful and supportive. When I discovered that I had sleep apnea, I was somewhat frightened about this condition. After I was set up for a Bipap machine tailored to my needs, it has made a world of difference in my life. I now experience lots of energy instead of being tired all the time. I thank the Sleep Center staff for this.

Michael Piscitello is the best physical therapist in the Cincinnati area hands down! I had a major knee surgery tearing my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. He is attentive to detail and even helped with some hip discomfort that shot up after surgery. He truly cares about the success of his patients and I couldn’t say more about his calming and positive approach. Liz, Karen and the rest of the staff are also phenomenal at this location.

Rachel definitely made my experience with nusculpt 10x better. I’ve noticed a change in my skin after cosmelan treatment. After 2 weeks I had scabbing from the treatment which was scary. The first person I spoke with didn’t take my concerns seriously. Rachel was very understanding, and caring. She made sure my questions were answered and eased our concerns..and even checked on me after. She went above and beyond and I appreciate it very much!
Love this dentist office . So efficient and professional not to mention also being prompt. I just recently had to find a new dentist who accepts Anthem Medicare Advantage. I picked a good plan and a great dentist. My first appt was for a cleaning and Robin C did a great job and some great advice. My second visit was to start the process for a crown. Dr. Rhiti was so kind and gentle and took many breaks throughout the process to let me take some breaths and let Angela her dental tech make sure my mouth was clean from all debris and confirm that I was fine and feeling no pain. So glad I made the switch and chose well. Also they used this mouth scan that measured so precise that my permanent crown will fit perfectly on first try.
I was referred to Mando’s Optical for hard contact lenses. Sean Mando was very good at improving my vision. He and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I was provided great customer service and I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for outstanding eye care, especially the ones that are seeking hard contact lenses. Kelsey the Medical Assistant and Secretary for Dr. Nichols is absolutely fabulous. I have had 7 spine fusions and just had a spinal stimulator surgery on 12/19/23. Kelsey has been wonderful with follow-up and answering any questions every time I've had to call. She is extremely friendly and cares about the patients needs. I have had 4 of the procedures at Mayfield and wish I would have stayed with them. A great surgeon is fabulous to have and Dr. Nichols is just that but, if the do not have an outstanding Medical Assistant your follow-up and care seem less important or bothersome for them and causing depression, anxiety and agitation for the patient. Well, Kelsey is exactly the opposite. I still remember when Dr. Mullins at Mayfield did my surgery in 2004, his Medical Assistant was Linda and she left such an impression I have never forgot her. Kelsey will be the same. Excellent job, Dr. Nichols in hiring such a great employee and asset to your team and the Mayfield Brain and Spine facility. Kelsey, you just keep being you!
