“I met Laura earlier this year as my wife convinced me to give pilates a try after working with Laura for some time, with great results I might add.Having done more traditional gym workouts/personal training stuff in the past I didn't really know what to expect. Wow, to my surprise this is the best method I have ever tried...very complete body workout, and **challenging** (which is what I need! ). It emphasizes core strength and awareness, control and precision, and for me it has **vastly** improved my overall balance. I ride a large Adventure motorcycle on and off-road where balance and core strength are critical.
