Tony and his crew are amazing, extremely knowledgeable and the class is a lot of fun. My daughter and myself both thoroughly enjoy the program and we feel safer and well prepared for handling the crazy world we live in. Highly recommended
Tony has been a wonderful instructor. His patience with me is wonderful, and he gives everyone the attention they need. I've learned so much already in such a small amount of time. I highly recommend you check it out.
Tony is quite professional and gives details of what each work out is good for. Very responsive to messages and tries to accommodate one’s needs specially when you have an injury as he can help fixing it and work around it at the same time.
