“Didn't realize how much I liked SpiraCare, until I changed jobs and had to change providers/doctors because my insurance was different and didn't include SpiraCare clinics. What I loved about SpiraCare-- 1) in the 3 years I used them, I NEVER had a billing issue (which I've had before and after using SpiraCare, since moving to Kansas, and is exhausting to resolve) 2) scheduling an appointment was easy, and I got to talk to a real human being. After leaving SpiraCare, I realized simply scheduling a preventative annual check-up needed to be done 3+ months in advance and (after leaving messages and playing phone tag) most providers in my network don't even accept new patients, ugh. 3) Blood drawn right there, immediately after appointment. It was super convenient, vs. at my new doctor I had to sit and wait like 30minutes before it was drawn, and had to pay them a $10 convenience fee for them to draw it and have it picked-up vs. me driving to a LabCorp facility separately. Since leaving SpiraCare I've become very acquainted with how jacked up healthcare is in this country, and supposedly my employer has good insurance???“

“This is a great facility. Dr. Crane is very down to earth explains things in my terms so I understand. I drive 7 hrs for my appointments here. They have been so good to me since I began going here. If I could get into someplace closer I wouldn't. My care team is the best!!!“

“Shridharani did my surgery in September all I can say is their staff is amazing. Shridharanidid an amazing job and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of neck surgery. His bedside manner is beyond any of a Doctor. He is very compassionate and understanding of a patient's needs. I was highly impressed with Olathe overall and the staff.“

“David was very methodic to get the facts correctly on his report. He was also interested with my responses to questions he was required to ask. David is very concerned with the health of Vietnam vets. (And all vets). He understands the effects of cancer on vets. I can not say enough good things about David. If you see David, you can thank God for your visit with him. Thanks David.“

She didn't give us the greatest news about insurance coverage but she's very knowledgeable of other avenues and very resourceful to help trim some costs. Most of all I've contacted her several times about equipment not working, ordering refills, or dietary supplement questions. Most of the time I would text after hours hoping she would get back with me next day, but she would call/text back immediately with an answer or have an expert on the line with her quickly addressing my concerns. “I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I love this office. Brittany Simpson is the PCP for me and both of my girls. She is very thoughtful every time we go in there. She sits and actively listens instead of just typing on a comp while we explain how we're doing. The staff is always friendly. Office is always clean. Appointments take about as long as any doctor's appt. This has been my favorite doctors office I have ever been to.“

“I have been going to Associates in family medicine for 3 years now. As someone who doesn’t like to go to the doctor, I have to say that Dr. Johnson is great at what he does! He listens to what I have to say and is deeply involved with not only my physical but mental health too! I would recommend this location to anyone, as the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Even when I couldn’t see my primary doctor they have a nurse practitioner who filled in to see me in a timely fashion. Wish I could give Dr. Johnson 10 stars! “While I did not like the fact BCBS essentially forced me into using Spira Care (cut my deductibles in half) the care I have received from the Olathe Spira Care is head and shoulders above what I was receiving from my previous primary doctor. Very clean facilities, very friendly staff, and extremely good care.“

“I was recently in the Er. I came in with alot of pain. and had just had a bad experience at a obgyn. I had Dr Alex and nurse Tammy. yes I was frustrated I felt like I was being ignored after sitting for 3 hrs with no word from anyone. Dr. Alex and Tammy was doing things to help me and I didn't realize they had been contacting other Dr's etc etc Dr Alex took the time out to run several test on me and explained to me very well what the issue was. Tammy was amazing! they understood i was having a difficult time. at one point I called the supervisor of the floor I do believe that's what she was Wendy. she came into my room with an attitude right off the jump. then the Dr was trying to explain something to me and she cut him off very rudely. I asked her to leave my room. I do give Dr Alex and nurse Tammy 10 stars. Wendy on the other hand desrves to have 0. Thank you Dr Alex and Nurse Tammy for treating me and caring about my needs. and explaining everything to me in a detailed manner.“
