“I was paying out of pocket for Spira Care for the last year because the care I had was so good. I finally switched to my work insurance and I'm sad to have to leave. If I ever have the option to switch back, I absolutely will. I will say that this kind of care is meant for folks who need preventative health insurance - if you have a condition that lands you in the hospital often, this may not be for you. However, it was perfect for my needs. I'd had intense fatigue for a while and rather than blowing me off, the folks at Spira Care in the Crossroads tested me for everything they could. We discovered I had some severely low B12 and they were able to take care of me ASAP. I was able to get help for my anxiety and sleep issues and all of the basic physicals were covered. Heather Bridgens is the absolute best! She always remembered me asked about my life and honestly always seemed concerned. She's lovely and Spira Care is lucky to have her and all their staff. I really recommend their care and hope to return someday.“
