I suggest you check the Google reviews and sort by Most Recent. I've been a patient here for about 3 years. Over the past year, I struggle to get a response from anyone regarding my questions or prescriptions. I try phone and online inquiries. If I'm lucky, they respond after I've tried multiple times over the course of a week. The pharmacy informs me that they reach out as well. I politely raised this issue to them when it first started about a year ago, but there's been no improvement. There are plenty of other derms. I recommend trying any of them before this place. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly greeting. I was called out to follow a nurse to a room and questioned about my ailment than a follow up by Dr Woo who gave me an in depth analysis with a return visit as needed to over see my ailment. Great staff from beginning to end, I would refer to anyone to visit this clinic for skin analysis or such questions in this type of treatment.
