I love love Dr. Lu!!! He is the nicest doctor I’ve ever been to!! I had to take my 13 year old daughter to see dr Lu…… I was very worried because it could have been a traumatic appointment for such a young girl but Dr. Lu made it a relaxing atmosphere. He was amazing with my daughter. I’m so thankful we have Dr. Lu as our family doctor. And his nurse is so amazing!!! She always has a smile on her face and is always in a great mood!!! People complain because they have to wait a little while to see the doctor, but I’d rather wait a little while and him take time with me….than for him to just try to get in and out as fast as he can!!! Dr. Lu is amazing!! He is always kind, courteous and will work through your health problem to help you find a solution! He puts in extra time and effort to make sure that you are promptly called back if you call in with questions about lab results, etc.

I absolutely love my physician and her nursing staff. What I am very unhappy with is the front office staff with the exception of only one being awesome. Last appointment was for my child @ 8:00am. Auto-call reminded is very clear about arriving 15 minutes early. We get there 15 minutes early only to have the office staff tell us to sit and wait. We can't help you right now. It's not 8:00am yet. I stated that the appointment is for 8:00am... Interrupted! Hand up in face! Is that why there's glass there? So front office staff can be rude & nasty?
