We all know mistakes are made, and yes Tide Cleaners of PV made a mistake with my cleaning. But it is how they responded that I appreciated. The owner took ownership, proposed a solution and executed. This says a lot.

Tide Cleaners are individually owned which makes a big difference. The owner is there and available when you need special attention to a garment. They do a nice job and are reasonably priced. They also turn around your order in 24 hours. They have always done a great job for me. The staff is friendly and attentive. They come out to your car to pick up your cleaning as well as bring it out to you when you pick up. Very convenient!
