Given the location, this place should be so much better. The previous staff have never been helpful, professional, or even polite; the new person, Bree, is always cheerful and eager to help. She even alerted me than my Value Club membership had expired (several months ago!). The store hours (8am-6pm) are terrible for a working person; I'm usually only able to pick up and drop off on Saturday. The interior doesn't reflect much pride...it really needs to be cleaned up a bit. This location doesn't offer an after-hours drop off.
