“I have been going here for several years now and typically have minor work done like elastic bands placed in the waist on my shirts, pullovers, blouses you name it. They ‘always’ look like they were made that way! Today I picked up a favorite Chiefs pullover/ jacket with pockets and a zipper on the side. It is a men’s so it was far too long so I just folded it up and pulled drawstring, but it was so bulky. She took some 2+” out and placed a seam around the entire piece above the pockets. Perfection! I’ve seen plenty of her wedding dresses and other beautiful work as well. Highly recommend Lucia’s! Def get what you pay for. It’s worth it.“

“I’ve started coming here to have my duvet cleaned and the first time I brought it, I had no issues. The second time I brought it, there was a mishap. Somehow, they split up my duvet and the duvet cover. The cover ended up at another location and was on the delivery truck so I was asked to come back in a few minutes and it’ll be waiting for me. The associate was also nice enough to give me a discount for the mishap.“
