“PFI Cleaners provided excellent, efficient, and effective service. I flew to Kansas for a multi-day wedding celebration. All of the new outfits were extremely wrinkled and needed ironing. There were a total of 11 pieces, some were printed cotton and other items were heavily embroidered. Within 4 hours, the order was completed and ready for pickup. “I’ve started coming here to have my duvet cleaned and the first time I brought it, I had no issues. The second time I brought it, there was a mishap. Somehow, they split up my duvet and the duvet cover. The cover ended up at another location and was on the delivery truck so I was asked to come back in a few minutes and it’ll be waiting for me. The associate was also nice enough to give me a discount for the mishap.“
