Had a drier with no heat, just blowing cold air,the technician Robert Gomez found I needed a heating element and thermostat, had to get the part , did not have it with him, but came back the next morning and had it fixed in maybe 5 minutes. Thankyou so much Robert and MYCO appliance repair. Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable.I highly recommend them and Robert Gomez.
My Electrolux dryer had a broken valve and water from the steamer would not stop coming in the dryer. Needed quick help. The owner called me from Florida to say they'd help right away. John came out on a Saturday morning and quickly took care of it. He was friendly and professional. Will use Myco again when needed.
Myco was professional and responded very quickly. The guys were friendly and great to work with. They were very flexible as I was unexpectedly hospitalized twice when they were to be here. And they worrked around them with no complaints.
