Great experience with Dave @ Turner Consumer Repair. We have a Frigidaire Professional Series (fridge/freezer combo unit) built into custom cabinets surrounded by stone. The evaporator coil went out on the fridge (less than 6 years old). Turner was a recommended option from Frigidaire. Dave came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and returned a week later. The job required two men to remove all the custom trim and pull both units out of the cabinet. There was a problem with the new coil that required Dave to make a 3rd visit and a 4th. The problem ended up being a defective part in the new coil. Before I retired, I ran a service and repair business, so when I have one come to my home, I am very critical, as one might imagine. This company set a date and time for the service person to come, they were on time, the serviceman got the information on the stove, said he will order the parts and call us when they arrive. I thought, well, this is where I’ll be unhappy, how often do we hear the company say, “parts are on order” when we wait and wait…. My washing machine was acting up. I have five kiddos that play sports etc., and a washing machine down is not ideal. I reached out and Turner Consumer Service sent a technician.
