Fantastic experience getting the parts needed for a Samsung dryer heating element! They showed me what was needed and how to hook up the parts so I could do it myself, saving lots of time and money. Great experience.
Mr Fix it did a fabulous job with fixing our Dyson vacuum. We were out of town so they kept it longer for us no problem and fixed another issue that ended up occurring! Will absolutely use them for anything else in the future that needs Mr Fix it!!!!Thank you so much guys!
Tom was very personable and helpful with selecting a washer and dryer that was right for my family. Delivery and install was prompt. When I had a slight hiccup with the dryer, Tom immediately had me talk with his technician and troubleshoot. Once the issue was determined, a technician was dispatched to me same day and resolved the issue. If you are looking for a local place that will get to know you personally, I recommend this one.
