“Working with Jason has helped tremendously with my lower back / hip joint pain caused by a hip impingement. I've gone to a chiropractor in the past but they never seemed to address the actual cause of my pain so that is something I voiced as a treatment goal for my 6-week treatment plan. Jason has done a great job educating me about my condition and helping me understand how to deal with symptoms by providing me with a war chest of exercises and movements to continue practicing. The facility is also excellent and allows for greater flexibility in treatment options from weights and bands to tissue work and stretching on the table.“

Whatever your goals are, they are there to help you achieve them.It's not over-crowded so I feel safe with Covid precautions - I can stay distant from others and they are good about cleaning equipment. Don't feel like I need to wear a mask to work-out. All the staff is vaccinated.The equipment is abundant and they have accommodations for woman, which is wonderful. Also there are enough trainers that I can always come when I need to and they will accommodate my busy schedule.Most importantly again are the skills and quality of the trainers. They know what they are doing and will keep you safe and also help you achieve your goals. They are serious about success!!“

“Kamba Fit is the best (and cleanest) gym in town! I have never been one to go to the gym but as a part of Kamba Fit, I look forward to going. Chris Wambua and his staff are great! You get results, have fun and learn a new thing or two. I have seen an increase in my mobility, agility, flexibility and strength. I love the equipment he has to use to achieve these results! “The best trainers in town! They take time to listen to their clients, and create individualized workout routines, according to each client's health needs and goals. The trainer monitors the client during routines, and makes adjustments as necessary. They even have meal plans available (meals 4 results), and are open 7 days a week.
