This is hands down the best place for any kid to train. Not only does Lars have some of the best workouts, but he also has some of the most advanced and high tech equipment to ensure we are getting the most out of every workout. Lars forms a deep connection with every single athlete he encounters, no matter where they may be in their training. Lars cares and treats kids better than any other coach or trainer I’ve been around. As a high school athlete who has been with a wide variety of different trainers and coaches, there is no question for me that Lars is the best and provides the best opportunities for kids to grow physically and mentally.

Lars and the Ignite program has had a great impact on my life. I’ve never met anyone as dedicated as he is to the students and athletes that he trains. I’ve been coming to summer camp for 6 years now and every camp or gym experience has been incredible. The difference I’ve seen in my speed and physical fitness is very evident. I can’t say enough good things about Ignite!
