“On 5-28-24, our water heater began leaking, I reached out to roto-rooter after the service provider suggested by my home warranty provider failed to contact me after 48 hours. Roto-rooter took my call and I had a service representative at my home within two hours. Roto-rooter's service representative was very professional and gave us an estimate for the repairs that evening. The next morning, he showed up in a timely manner and got right to work. By the end of 5-31-24 my new water heater is in and working as it should.
