“We would like to highly recommend Ultra Heating and Cool. Of course our furnace quit working on the weekend. So, we were scrambling to find a new company to come out because we were less than pleased with our previous company and their lack of customer service. We called Ultra and left a message and was promptly called back by a very nice person. She set all the expectations on when they would be there and who was coming. This is where the good customer experience became great. Raphael was on time and greeted us with a smile as he was putting on his shoe covers before he entered our home. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. He then proceeded to complete the tune up we had purchased. Raphael went above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience. This was a Saturday and he we never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry to get home or to the next job. Yes, I did sign up for the $14.00 a month maintenance plan. I know that this is the company I want to deal with on general maintenance and when the unforeseen happens with our home. Raphael, keep doing what your doing. “I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. Well worth it! They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The service contract offer was no pressure and a good buy. They keep me on track for maintenance. Very efficient systems in place!
