Staff was super friendly explained their awesome network about the screen on the pillar and the link of that to their machines. Facility was/looked so clean that you can eat off of the machines. I loved how they have a skull in one of the dryers and a note taped to it saying that it's taking a rest while parts are on order.Note to the owner!!! Please keep up your amazing service and don't let your employees go. They definitely go above and beyond to make your/their customers feel welcome.“

“I have been going here for several years now and typically have minor work done like elastic bands placed in the waist on my shirts, pullovers, blouses you name it. They ‘always’ look like they were made that way! Today I picked up a favorite Chiefs pullover/ jacket with pockets and a zipper on the side. It is a men’s so it was far too long so I just folded it up and pulled drawstring, but it was so bulky. She took some 2+” out and placed a seam around the entire piece above the pockets. Perfection! I’ve seen plenty of her wedding dresses and other beautiful work as well. Highly recommend Lucia’s! Def get what you pay for. It’s worth it.“

“I recently moved to the Library/Historic Buildings District of KCMO. I google searched to locate a dry cleaner. The closest is Royal Master Cleaners. I'm glad that I called before walking over because they're no longer open on Saturdays even though the online listing has them being closed only on Sundays. Now, I'll walk over on Monday to leave a cashmere sweater, and a wool vest for dry cleaning. I decided to post this info because the online listing hasn't been updated yet.“

“I just find them very reliable and low-cost. My only objection is that they say that your clothes will be ready at 4:00 PM on a certain day - but then they close at 5:00 PM. You either leave work to get there, or you wait until the next day that they are open.“
