“We have used Paul Henderson Plumbing in the past numerous times to fix our pipes and they have done a wonderful job. This time around we had Ted and he is amazing! We had a clogged in our kitchen sink which he was not able to fix but he recommended Zoom drains which they were able to fix. He was worth the service fee. Our AC went down and I had to check to make sure there wasn’t an electrical issue, so I reset the panel and all the electricity went out. Ted was so sweet that he came to the basement to check on us which was my toddler and I and even tried to troubleshoot it for us. Unfortunately it was beyond him. Again, Ted is just the greatest and he is a representation of why we use Paul Henderson Plumbing. Definitely requesting Ted again if we ever need plumbing needs to be done again. Thanks Ted!!!“

“Very patient and very thorough. ?? Technician came out to inspect a new 6 month old HVAC and furnace system. (The original tech was no longer available.) Very friendly and answered all questions. There was an issue with a loose thermostat circuit, so a 20 minute visit became an hour and 15 minute visit. But he was able to locate and correct the issue. We will continue with the maintenance plan, which is quite affordable. Very happy about that. Will probably have the same tech come out the next time if possible. ?“
