I have had the best experience with Broad Ripple Heating. From Evan and Ben who diagnosed the problems with my very old furnace and got it working, (for the night) to Scott and Sean who installed a new furnace the next morning, also Jennifer who helped get the process going.This is a team that I have found honest and professional! Thank you for all you do.
Ira came out today to do our annual furnace tune-up. He and all of the other technicians we’ve had in the past have been wonderful. Good day to all. We don't routinely do reviews but given the need to build confidence in business these days we must do are part. A good representative in Joshua McClain makes this review fluid. No pun intended, but it's a good word to use in our experience in a hot water line repair Joshua processed for us. Our repair was completed efficiently and accurately.
