Very patient and very thorough. ?? Technician came out to inspect a new 6 month old HVAC and furnace system. (The original tech was no longer available.) Very friendly and answered all questions. There was an issue with a loose thermostat circuit, so a 20 minute visit became an hour and 15 minute visit. But he was able to locate and correct the issue. We will continue with the maintenance plan, which is quite affordable. Very happy about that. Will probably have the same tech come out the next time if possible. ?
